Multi-division coordinator orientations have been completed for the Asia-Pacific, USA and Andean and Central American districts – and with great results. The orientations have not only been an opportunity to train leadership on the next phase of the campaign plan, but have also proven to be opportunities for great inspiration. The campaign team has had the opportunity to award Zeller Fellows and recognize new Major gift donors at each of the orientations.
During the orientations, multi-division coordinators received a comprehensive training on how to recruit and train the next level of leadership – division coordinators. Prepared with booklets, videos and training techniques, the multi-division coordinators are ready to hit the ground running.
