Key Club ICON 2011

Key Clubs prepare for The Eliminate Project walkOn June 30, The Eliminate Project Charity Walk attracted 1,400 Key Clubbers who were attending the Key Club International Convention in Phoenix. That turnout required a lot of volunteers—and Key Club alumni came through.

Along with some Circle K International alumni, the volunteers lent a hand to the walkers, who were supporting Kiwanis’ global campaign for children. The event raised more than US$15,000 for The Eliminate Project’s fundraising campaign.

The volunteers split into teams and led groups of walkers through the facility’s golf course. They also cheered on the participants and carried signs that highlighted the effects of MNT and inspired others to get involved with The Eliminate Project.
