Every gift to The Eliminate Project will save or protect lives–more than 10 million to date thanks to the generosity and passionate commitment of Kiwanians around the world. Celebrating this milestone and our success is important to maintain campaign momentum.
The Eliminate Project’s annual recognition program is our chance to thank those Kiwanis clubs and members for their generosity during the Kiwanis year.
Annual recognition packets containing awards for gifts and paid pledges made during the 2011-2012 Kiwanis year, the Year of Inspiration, will be mailed to club presidents in the coming weeks. All recognition is based on giving totals received through the Kiwanis year (October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012).
Upon receipt of the awards, we encourage clubs to plan a special presentation during the next club meeting or officer installation to commemorate the club’s impact on the campaign.
To learn how you and your club can earn special recognition for your support, visit the recognition page on The Eliminate Project website. You can also contact the campaign office at campaign@TheEliminateProject.org for more information or with questions.
If your club has achieved 100 percent participation with every member making a personal gift to the campaign, notify The Eliminate Project campaign office or the Kiwanis International Foundation in order to receive a commemorative banner patch.
As we kick off the new Kiwanis year, the Year of Participation, consider how your club can continue its momentum and achieve an even greater level of giving to save even more lives.
