Jamie Lee Curtis, American actress, author and activist, 2011



Jamie Lee Curtis was honored with the Kiwanis International Foundation World Service Medal at Kiwanis International Convention 2011 in Geneva, Switzerland, for her impressive work improving the lives of children.

Curtis has deep and active connections to many children’s charities, including Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. She also is the official spokesperson for the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation and serves on its executive advisory board.
