Your gift makes a difference in children’s lives

Kiwanis International Foundation grants amplify the power of Kiwanis service to serve thousands of children in need each year. Your Sustaining Donor support helps make programs like these possible:

  • Kamp Kiwanis. Owned and operated by the New York Kiwanis District, this camp provides wholesome outdoors activities for children who live in high-risk communities or have special needs. The foundation’s grant will provide nearly 150 children with scholarships for a one-week camp experience.
  • Basic Blessings Backpack Program. The foundation’s support will help the Kiwanis Club of Faribault, Minnesota, continue to provide nourishing food each weekend to 100 low-income children who might otherwise go hungry.
  • Sharing a Blessing. A foundation grant will help the Kiwanis Club of Carthage, Missouri, provide vitamins to more than 350 children in a ghetto of Guatemala City where parasites, unclean water and infectious diseases are endemic. The vitamins will boost the children’s immunity to help prevent physical problems and lessen the impact of periodic illnesses.
  • Crayons for Haiti. The Kiwanis Club of George, Iowa, has partnered with the foundation to help provide school supplies to more than 65,000 Haitian students in 315 mission schools.

All Kiwanis-family clubs and districts are invited to apply for foundation grants in support of their service projects and initiatives to serve children. Learn more about our grants
