George F. Hixson Fellowship

Donors who give US$1,000 (or US$200 with a pledge to give US$800 over the next four years) become George F. Hixson Fellows, named in honor of the first Kiwanis International president. Hixson dedicated 50 years of his life in service to Kiwanis.

Hixson Fellows receive a commemorative tie tack/lapel pin and two numbered medallions hanging from blue-and-white ribbons: one encased in a walnut box for display, and one to be worn.

Diamond-level lapel pins

If Hixson Fellows give an additional US$1,000, they will receive a diamond pin for the medallion’s ribbon and a special tab to affix to the tie tack/lapel pin.

Funds received for a Hixson Fellowship support the Kiwanis Children's Fund unless otherwise requested by the donor.
