Lead at the district or divisional level
District officers include district governor, district secretary, district treasurer, district secretary-treasurer and district bulletin editor and lieutenant governors. These positions are elected at the annual district convention. The manner in which district elections are carried out varies by district but always can be found in the district bylaws. In some cases, lieutenant governors are elected prior to the district convention at divisional caucuses. Duties commence immediately upon election.
